The property is clean and room was clean but needs to be updated! The room I had had all the amenities but the mattress was very hard. Needs fresh paint, carpet is old but seemed clean! When I made reservations this time the price was $15 lower but when I checked in , it didn’t include breakfast! Excuse me but all rooms should include breakfast!! Especially senior citizens like myself, we don’t eat much!!!

An fan with an automatic timer comes on in the middle of the night for hours. When I finally got up, I had to close the bathroom door as the vent is where yhe noise is coming from. Furniture and curtains dingy. Showerhead needs a good cleaning or replacement. Key cards stopped workingn two fays in a row. There only solution was for me to pack up not be on time for my dinner and then unpack. No. Doors have huge gaps at the top. Front door needs to be card access only. Ceilings are coming down.

Property is dated but I found it to be clean. Tv was maybe 40 inch. Kids love pool. No suana. Extra money for microwave or refrigerator to be in room. Good location, area quite. Problem was room door. The door card reader broke on second day. Maintenence ended up having to come in open door. Hotel solution was to have someone stay in room at all time for rest of stay. Breakfast area the female worker very rude. Seem like she was asking certain things of some guest and not so much on others. One guest had to remind her of being polite. Food was until 9 am. They started breaking down at 8:55. Stop brining food out for buffet around 8:50. People arriving at 9 could not get anything including coffee, tea, or juice. Overall, okay hotel, desk staff for morning and evening very nice.

The only good thing i can say about this Hotel, is that the address was correct. This was a trip ruining stay and im extremely disappointed in this hotel. Every amenity we booked for was closed or broke down.No prior warnings. I was charged the breakfast fee for my daughter after they asked her age...then i find out that she was FREE ALL ALONG!!! The front desk employee just POCKETED THE MONEY!!! I was unfortunate enough to be roomed next to a very frustrated 'Pimp' who was so loud, yelling at 'others' on the phone, no sleep was possible and my daughter unfortunately learned many new words and phrases. The front desk did nothing to remedy this despite asking twice. I felt quite dirty after my stay. As someone who travels quite frequently...this was a NIGHTMARE!!! *Hotel did zero about anything This was a nightmare!!!

The room we were given was dirty and the floor had not been cleaned. Also please be aware of a deposit required upon check in of $100, if booked through a third party site and that this deposit will take 5-7 days to rectify. Not a good experience.

They sent us to the wrong room, people were in there. Then after calling while reserving, i asked to make sure there was a spa next to the pool and they told me yes. Well guess what, there isnt! We just drove 3 states for this reason, to enjoy a hot tub for 2 nightd

The property is not being maintained. Anything wood is chipping off all over the room. The smell from the lobby to the room was unbearable. I had to request a room change, but the next room I was given was no different. No breakfast, no restaurant. It looks as if they are going out of business. This was a terrible stay.

The hotel needs to be clean, there were bugs on the window, air vents and facets not working making loud noise when you turn them on. Food was not worth the 15.00 they were charging. Will never stay here again.

I liked how close the hotel was to Six Flags. I liked the food choices in the lounge. I was not impressed with the breakfast buffet. If I was paying $15 per person per day, I might look elsewhere. I prepaid for $10 so it was ok. The spread was limited and lack healthy choices on 2 of the 3 days that I stayed.

The gym was basic and the pull machine could be updated. I don’t believe the hot tub was working. But the staff was AWESOME and I will be staying again. The place was nice and clean

I went to breakfast - the bowl of fruit had plastic rap on it with the spoon in it. I notified the waitress there were nets in the fruit she said I know & covered it back up Disgusting!!!
