"Friendly helpful staff. The room was tiny, but sufficient, stocked with all kinds of things to support a short stay. The public bath was convenient and pleasant. The breakfast had many western and Japanese selections; very inexpensively priced. Next door a convenience store had anything else you wanted. And the shuttle made it easy to to go the ariport."

"comfortable stay. we were worried about the rooms being old and musty but no such experience. it was well maintained for the rooms we were in. shuttle was a nice feature and close proximity to narita made it easy for shuttle to city or next flight out easy in the morning or late night. "

"Our room was extremely clean with all fun amenities. They offer free sparkling water, cider, beer, sake and other items in the refrigerator within the room- along with a snack. The bathroom has top notch items - such as a high quality razor and hair brush. they even has a Dyson hair dryer. That was a surprise since they are extremely expensive. Loved the shower!
