"I was a wonderful place to stay in an area that does not have a lot of hotels. Perfectly clean and quiet. I was able to walk to the hotel from the nearby Togane train station with my suitcase. I would definitely recommend for those passing through Togane, Chiba!"

"Great ryokan, very comfortable. Very helpful staff, great breakfast. It was quite warm in the room even with the ac but we still enjoyed our stay."

All of the communication with the owner was via the Expedia site - we never met anyone in person, but got check-in instructions via messages...
