"The room was clean. The staff was friendly. However, I was lied to by one of th front desk assistants about parking. The room was too cool and I could not change the temperature. The hotels does not have a microwave which was highly inconvenient. I was on the 25th floor and had to the bottom floor to use the communal microwaves.
