"It was very clean, relaxing and a nice quick easy check in. Perfect just to stay outside of DC I have stayed in many Mariotts and this location in downtown Bethesda Maryland was gorgeous 😍 The staff were all very helpful and if I needed anything it was right there. Outside area was safe and very relaxing as well."

"We stayed in a K suite which was roomy and very comfortable. It had a main room with a small but well equipped full kitchen, table with four chairs and a large couch. A separate bedroom had a comfy king bed. There were two large tvs in the suite with many stations on each. Included full breakfast was really good with plenty of hot and cold choices in an attractive, glassed in area. Minor negatives were somewhat lumpy pillows which they probably would have changed if I asked and the shower is...

"Everything in my room was clean and well. Spacious and comfortable. The cleaning crew seems to leave their hair around, that is my only observation. It would be helpful to add few more trips to the shuttle. The stay was restful and complete."

"Breakfast is expensive for very little buffet style breakfast that normally a continental breakfast. 1 out of 3 elevators was broken our whole stay. This made waiting for an elevator very long process. Other than that everything was good. "

"I hope you do not have any issues as the customer support rep spoke to me with such a nasty disgusting attitude it made it the worst experience I’ve had while traveling in a long time. When I asked to speak with the manager he told me the managers don’t accept calls from customers. When I asked for the email of the manager he refused to give me that and said they didn’t allow customer emails either. A property manager who refuses to have any communication with a paying customer? Never heard of...

"The food was amazing! Everything I ate at every meal for 4 days was great! Snacks were offered all day long, trails were well kept and the rooms were so clean and spacious. My only concern was the floor I stayed on had a terrible odor at night time. So odd that during the day I didn’t smell it but it wreaked at night and no one had any answers as to why."
