"Everything was great"

"The staff at the Bolger Center were top of the line! This app will only let me rate them as five stars, but they deserve 10 stars, at least! I had confirmed and prepaid reservations at the Hilton Garden Inn, Bethesda, Maryland, but upon my arrival, I was told my reservations were canceled because the hotel overbooked by 13 rooms. The Bolger Center to the rescue! The hotel staff made my stay very warm and comfortable – like I was a special guest!"

"Great Continental breakfast Hot tub was out of service and pool was very dirty Staff was helpful but did not give very much information upon check in (what time was breakfast, where's the pool, housekeeping notes, etc.) Rooms were clean, house keeping comes every other day so don't accidentally miss it by putting it the privacy sign out on the wrong day Coin laundry was convenient and clean Parking was easy"

"The front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. Also on the plus side, the pool is larger than comparably priced hotels. But for a Hilton, overall management was not attentive. Example one. The fire alarm went off, apparently a false alarm and the third in a matter of days according to another hotel guest we talked with outside waiting to be let in again. Example two. The swimming pool area was not clean. I stepped over matted hair on the tiles, used towels were strewn about,...

"This Bethesda, MD, property is centrally located just above the metro station. More than ample parking space is on site at a reasonable cost. Lobby is spacious and staff are eager to help. Condition of the room, property and plumbing s are very satisfactory. Onsite eateries are of high quality and many eating options are within short walking distances. I will positively consider my next stay at this property in future."

"I had confirmed and prepaid reservations at the Hilton Garden Inn, Bethesda, Maryland for 4 nights in May 2026. Upon my arrival to check in, the hotel staff told me my reservation got canceled because they overbooked by 13 rooms. The staff did not assist in any way to secure alternate arrangements. I would not recommend booking at this location, nor at a Hilton hotel. I am highly disappointed! Plus, it just doesn’t feel right that they can overbook and then arbitrarily cancel people’s prepaid...
