"Friendly staff, well maintained & clean rooms."

"The food was amazing! Everything I ate at every meal for 4 days was great! Snacks were offered all day long, trails were well kept and the rooms were so clean and spacious. My only concern was the floor I stayed on had a terrible odor at night time. So odd that during the day I didn’t smell it but it wreaked at night and no one had any answers as to why."

"Check-in staff was less than my usual expectations for my typical Hilton experience. Not very warm and welcoming. Hotel and rooms are cool. Hallways and property appeared less than clean (might be due to a Sunday check-in). Bartender at the bar was excellent!"

"Great place to stay"

"There was a very strong Oder of air freshener that made you think they were covering up mold. They had a guy at the front desk helping us that couldn’t hear. It took 45 minutes to check in. Manager finally came and got everything right and gave us a voucher for the restaurant for a drink."

"We had no air conditioning for 2 days. Booked the room with breakfast included only to arrive and be told that it was not included. The price to pay for breakfast was way too expensive. I was told that we would get backn1 nights stay refunded to my card and that never happened. The beds were AWFUL. The ONLY good thing about this hotel was the front desk staff. DO NOT stay in this hotel."

"My toilet made a squealing noise all night. Couldn’t get to stop. Tried calling desk. At 10:30 pm walked down to desk. No one there. Waited a few minutes. Tried to muffle it with towels. No sleep at all. Then asked for a receipt checking out and was denied. Explained I was being admitted to hospital, and would not be able to access anything( and the hospital should have paid for it, but now I have no receipt. Will not return"

"One of my favorite places to stay. Big rooms, great breakfast, and close to everything. Staff is great. Stayed here multiple times and love it."

"Our stay was very nice. I wish they had a pool, so just be aware. Being gluten free is challenging, they did have Cheerios, eggs, yogurt and meat. Just no toast or muffin options. Everyday was only apples and oranges. After staying there 4 days a little variety would be nice. The staff was great, everyone was very friendly and helpful."

"I had a nice stay at The Bethesdan Hotel. The staff were outstanding: friendly, positive and incredibly helpful with everything. They really made our trip special. The room was very clean, especially the bed and bathroom, which felt fresh and comfortable. One small suggestion - cleaning the windows from the outside would make the room even better. "The front desk Asian employee initially charged me $170 per night for incidentals. After I stepped away to verify whether that amount was correct, she changed it to just $20. When I asked how the amount could change so drastically, she couldn’t provide an explanation. She also assigned me to a room where the phone wasn’t working, so I couldn’t call the front desk.
