Here, staff strive to accommodate your every need and make you feel welcome. The rooms are exceptionally clean and the linens get changed every day - something others only provide upon request. We will not stay anywhere else while visiting Murphy, NC"

"Staff was great, very clean room, A/C worked fine and didn't use the gym. The food choices were great in the Food Hall and portions were not skimpy. A Breakast Buffet is served in the Brew Brothers Restaurant on the main floor. All in all we loved it. We are 75 year old seniors, drove 7 hours to get there and will be back."

"I did not like that we weren't notified about the construction on this property. The pool was filled with what appeared to be mattress boxes, abut not water. While i appreciate upgrades, this was a disappointment. "
