"The staff was absolutely first rate. I’ve travelled all over the world and they were really special. The room was great - big bathtub and shower, comfy bed and pillows. Awesome location in the heart of Myeongdong, but couldn’t hear a thing up in my 5th floor room. I won’t stay anywhere else if I make it back to Seoul."

Services were good, location was impeccable with just a 5 mins walk to Lotte duty free, myeongdong shopping street and about 10 mins walk to shinshege and namdaemun market. Club lounge offers thoughful to-go box for family with children, since children are not permitted to join cocktail session. "I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The room was spotless and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location couldn't be better—right in the center of Myeongdong and directly in front of the bus stop, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Seoul or catching transportation.
