"Wow ... we had an amazing 2-night experience at Soi Hanok. Our room was clean and beautifully decorated with all the modern amenities that you need (microwave, fridge, TV, wireless speakers, shower, heated bidet toilet, heated flooring and air conditioning). The bed was super comfortable. The courtyard was beautiful, peaceful and quiet - we actually rented hanboks and did a photoshoot in the courtyard. The host, Sue, was fantastic in greeting us and giving us recommendations. She was so kind...

"The room was immaculate and very comfortable. The bathroom and shower was fantastic! check in was easy and hotel itself easy to find. Staff were friendly and happy to help - in particular we arrived very early and they helped us with luggage storage before check in. "

"Clean and comfortable hostel. I felt very safe here as a solo female traveller. Breakfast was simple but great, rooms and bathroom were clean for a hostel and staff were nice. Walking distance to a number of attractions and restaurants. Would stay here again if I come back to Gyeongju!"

"Location is a 10 minute walk to intercity bus station and 15 minutes to the historical area and tomb parks. The room was surprisingly quiet for the central location. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious with very good climate control. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Included breakfast was adequate. It was free and easy to park our rental car. Overall, it was a great choice if not staying in a hanok in the historic village."

"Het verblijf in deze hanok viel tegen. De gastheer was druk en opdringerig.We hadden een kamer met eigen badkamer geboekt maar onze badkamer bleek buiten te zijn op de binnenkoer. Dit zou beter vermeld worden bij het boeken. Na twee nachten mochten we wel, mits bijbetalen, naar een kamer met badkamer binnen. Deze hanok ligt ook ver buiten het centrum van de stad."

"Great stay at the Rivertain which is conveniently placed near many of the tourist attractions like the tomb complexes. Its also right next to the intercity bus terminal with the bus stop for rides around Gyeongju just 5mins away. The hotel itself is nice and clean, the room is spacious Water drainage in the shower was a little slow but otherwise everything was perfectly fine Staff are lovely Would recommend staying here"

"The shower setup was the stupidest that I have ever seen. It was not enclosed, so the water went end up all over the floor. Also, there were no switches near the beds to control the lights so you would have to get out of bed turn off the lights and climb back into bed in the dark."

"Was a little nervous prior to check in as the property didn’t return my message till like 2 hours before check in time. But there was someone around when we arrived at 12 noon so all was good. Room was big and comfortable, I was hoping for a futon bed but got the king bedroom. If I had to complain it’s that the rubbish bin was outside so it was a little inconvenient. Location was good, possible to walk from bus station as well as most sites in the city. Host didn’t speak English but nothing that...

Good advance comms re information how to get to them from station, things to do, restaurants etc Breakfast nice and varied. Good to have rooftop area but why no cushions on the seats? As has been mentioned in other reviews, plastic covering on beds bit hot and rustle. Nowhere to hang wet towels apart from one rail, had to leave one on wardrobe door each time. Receptionist spoke excellent...

"Clean room, close to historical center/sites"

"慶州の高速バスターミナルからもすぐ近く、街歩きするにも色々行けてとても便利な場所でした。 バスタブはなかったですがシャワーの温度や水量も問題なく、ウォレットが付いていたのが良かったです。 簡単な物ですが、朝食まで付いていてこのホテルにして正解でした。"
