My stay was pleasant. everything was top notch. I would like to take this opportunity to mention Ms Sangam. Very pleasant personality. Very warm. Goes out of her way to help me out. She’s the epitome of warmth. A great ambassador for Taj!

Everything about the hotel was superb. The welcome, the friendliness of the staff, the food, the room, the location. Very happy with the hotel, will definitely come back and in Chennai, for me and my family, it is the Coromandel.

Room was comfortable , there were a few issues which were attended to promptly. Breakfast was very good with excellent range and choice for different palletes. Location was central.
