"I had a fantastic stay at the Moxy Stratford and will definitely be staying here whenever I come to London from now on. The location is great right beside Stratford Station and Westfield, so easy to get up and start your day. The hotel is modern, fresh and well looked after. My room was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and the air conditioning already on when I first checked in which made a huge difference during the warm spell. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Every member of the team I spoke to was friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful. The service was second to none and really made the stay feel special. I was really impressed with every aspect of my stay. Great location, lovely modern rooms and outstanding customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it, and I’ll definitely be back."

"The hotel looks awful from the outside, like an American run down Motel. Inside is a whole different ballgame, it’s been renovated to a high standard throughout. Room was comfy, great blackout curtains, quality bed and bedsheets. The only downside is that you have to pay for parking £8 for overnight, which I feel is ridiculous. The car park should be free if you are staying in a hotel. The pool you have to walk out of the hotel and round the corner. It’s ok if it’s not raining, but if it was, you’d get very wet on that walk to the pool. Steam room was very small, could fit 3 people in it, anymore in the steam room and you’d be touching!"

"Our experience in your hotel was great. Staffs were amazing and kudos to an amazing room service staff named Mariana she is a very great worker and always smiling when doing her Job and she was very helpful during our stay. The attendants at the bar were very helpful with the supply of ice cubes anytime we request for it both day and night. The Air condition was not the best but we asked for a fan and we got one for our room throughout our stay at the hotel. Breakfast was great and the kitchen staff were amazing too. The receptionist also were amazing. Overall I will always come back to this hotel if needed. Less I forget the room size is absolutely everything I will recommend this hotel to anyone around me."

"The hotel was great, the staff were amazing and worked so hard. The girl at charcoal in was so helpful about the airport shuttle and holding our bags while we returned the hire car. Sadly, the restaurant and bar staff were very frustrated, as were we, because there were no were near enough of them for the volume of guests using those facilities. They were the same staff who were working different positions earlier in the day. The food was great, but not worth the wait. At the end of a long travel day waiting an hour for your meal and eating it without a drink because the staff just couldn't keep up was a big disappointment. Maybe something had happened to cause them to be so short staffed that day, but as this was are only visit it was out only experience."
