Top Chelmsford Hotel Reviews

Hampton by Hilton London Stansted Airport

10/10 Excellent

"We loved everything about this hotel - the location, the spacious room, the decor, the cleanliness, the friendly staff, the great breakfast. Everything was amazing! We will definitely stay here every time from now on!"

Pontlands Park

10/10 Excellent

"We stayed here last weekend to celebrate my mum’s 65th birthday and had such a lovely time. The hotel was beautiful, very clean and comfortable, and all the staff we met were friendly and welcoming. I had emailed beforehand to mention that we were visiting for my mum’s special birthday, so I was a little disappointed that there wasn’t a card or small acknowledgement in the room. We’d also booked a table in the restaurant for her birthday dinner, but unfortunately the booking hadn’t made it onto the system. However, everything worked out perfectly in the end! We ended up having the restaurant to ourselves, the food was absolutely delicious and the staff made the evening really lovely. They also brought out a beautiful birthday plate for my mum, which was such a nice touch and made her feel special. Overall, we had a wonderful weekend and made some lovely memories celebrating my mum’s 65th. We would definitely stay again. ❤️"

Spring River Ebbsfleet by Marston's Inns

10/10 Excellent

"This was my second stay and it was as excellent as the first. The Receptionist was extremely helpful and even remembered me from last time. The hotel is in a great location for Brands Hatch which is only 15 minutes away. The Pub and Restaurant next door has really good food and a nice atmosphere. The room and bathroom was immaculately clean and tidy and is a good size. It has a really comfy bed too. The heating was great which was most welcome with the awful cold weather! I can't fault it and I highly recommend it. I will certainly stay again."

ibis London Barking

10/10 Excellent

"Lovely little hotel. Got a parking space straight away, a warm welcome, and the room was lovely and clean. Nice shower with lovely smelling body wash. Breakfast is available for an extra charge and there's a bar downstairs which serves evening meals. If all rooms had slow closing doors, I'd give an extra star. Was kept awake because of late night arrivers slamming doors. Be aware that the car park is open to anyone therefore spaces aren't guaranteed. Would stay in an IBIS again."

Luxury Pod-sleeps 2-hot Tub-pets-garden

10/10 Excellent

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Honey Pod. Communication and instructions before arrival were wonderful and made everything so easy. The space itself is compact but has everything you need — a cozy kitchen/lounge area, comfortable bedroom, and clean bathroom. The wood burner hot tub in the garden was such a treat, perfect for relaxing under the stars. It’s beautifully secluded and feels like you’re tucked away in the middle of nowhere — peaceful, quiet, and magical. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and escape! "
