"Excellent communication from the hotel when I had previously requested early check-in as our flight arrives at 7 am. Although they said they couldn’t determine it until the day when we checked in, they did do their very best and we were able to check in three hours early at no extra cost. Room very spacious and clean. Good hotel and friendly stuff."

"The resort is beautiful! The lobby looks amazing and rooms are spacious and clean. The pool area is fantastic and we spent hours there. The shuttle to Disneyland is frequent and convenient. The only downside is the cost of food. There are plenty of options, but all are very expensive. "

The check in process was so easy - we arrived before our room was ready but the staff set it up so we were notified about the room number via email while we were in the park and had our luggage waiting in the room. The room and hotel were also clean and newly updated."

"Rooms are cosy, simple, well maintained and clean. They accommodated our request to be on a higher floor towards the end of the corridor. The only negative I would say is that if people are talking in the corridor you can hear them in your room. Hotel is conveniently located in the central area of Kowloon a short walk from Jordan station. Staff are friendly and efficient. "
