I literally have to book another hotel in the middle of my first night here because I couldn't sleep on this god awful mattress. They also gave me a twin bed too when I specifically asked for a king bed. Staff unwilling to compromise or even consider a partial refund. Well, that's cool, ur just losing my business from now on. "

"Great location for exploring the sensory over loading Mong Kok area of Kowloon. Mong Kok subway station is very close by. The very nice Langham Mall is right across the street and its Asian food court is literally accessible from a bridge between the Cordis lobby and the mall. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the service is outstanding. I didn't have a chance to try their fancy restaurants but they looked good. I think this hotel is good value. "
