"This was a horrible experience! When we entered the room it immediately felt dirty. The room had a strong musty smell and an overall unclean feeling that stuck to you. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and in the bathtub as if the room had not been properly cleaned at all. A fresh roll of toilet paper had not even been placed on the holder and there were pieces scattered on the floor around the toilet. We immediately reported this to the front desk. They did offer to move us to another room, but by that point we were already looking for other hotels. The staff did not seem apologetic and refused to refund both nights of our stay. After continuing to press the issue, they told us to contact Expedia for a refund. Expedia then contacted the hotel, and the hotel refused the refund request. I would strongly encourage potential guests to look elsewhere. The property advertises clean, upgraded rooms that look nothing like the room we were given. "

"The view is not why you are there. But if you’re smart you skip downtown, stay in this great place, hike a bit at the park and then head down down. It’s clean, has great services and the staff has the patience of angels. "

"We were there for just a night, The beds were comfortable and clean, the guys at the front desk were nice and the lady preparing the breakfast was nice and kept the area clean and stocked."

"The room interior was clean and in good condition. The location was just ok but might be off putting for some. The reason for two star demotion was for the poor breakfast offerings. I ended up skipping it completely and opted to walk to the Waffle House where I spent $20. I would rather have spent the money in the room rent and had a passable breakfast. I won’t repeat business here again "
