"Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Villa Cortés. Das Design der Zimmer ist sicherlich Geschmacksache. Aber das Zimmer war sehr sauber und unsere Suite auch sehr geräumig. Ein tolles Badezimmer mit Dusche, Wanne und einer separaten Toilette mit Bidet. Das Personal beim Check-In und während des gesamten Aufenthalts war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. "Just had a lovely stay at the Cleopatra Palace. Hotel is in a great spot, right on the front, use your room key to open gate onto the front. Hotel is situated on the golden mile, so many choices for food and drink and plenty of shops. Staff were friendly, breakfast had a good selection. Plenty of sun beds by the pool (pool was a bit cold). Only downside is the hotel is starting to look tired, needs renovating but other than that! It’s our 2nd stay and will be back again. "

"Clean room and environment with friendly staff, from the front desk to housekeeping. The only thing keeping me from 5 stars was the breakfast service. Open for two hours, but clearly I felt rushed for final half hour, and the clanging of dishes being collected made it clear we were to move on. I recommend this hotel as a great place to stay, close to everything and away from the din of city and tourists. Next time I would exclude breakfast and use our apartment kitchen."

"We stayed overnight on a last minute booking after a flight was cancelled. The studios were relatively "no frills" but clean and comfortable and a reasonable size. There was a nice balcony with table and chairs overlooking the pool. Linen, towels, kettle, crockery, toaster were provided but no toiletries other than soap. "Excellent stay here. Recommended Great staff pleasant and helpful. Stayed 27/12-1/1/26. Arrived late 11pm. Quick informative check in. Located near Veronica’s and beach. Airport bus stop near. Pool nice and clean open over winter. Bar and food available. Knock at my door New Year’s Eve with a member of staff with a complimentary bottle of cava and box chocolates for new year. Late flight , luggage room and showers available. "
