"Really wonderful accommodation. Walking distance to town. Not a hotel but a guest house in a refinished and vibrantly appointed (200 year-old?) historical home newly acquired and attentively managed by Sandra, Michael and son Valentin who were the most welcoming, engaging and thoughtful hosts imaginable. "Badon Boutique is an excellent place to stay in St Emilion, Staff were so helpful, Parking is a real problem in this very popular tourist town but there is spacious parking albeit having to navigate beforehand through the narrow cobbled streets.There are wine shops all around you, including their own. "What a fabulous hotel! We loved the Pavillon - with all its charm and character. The hotel is beautifully furnished and decorated, in a lovely countryside setting with a beautiful view of the valley and vineyards. The breakfast was fantastic - with quiches and fresh breads, croissants, baked apples, fresh juices, jams, yogurts and eggs prepared fresh to your order. David and Nathalie are outstanding hosts and we loved our stay."
