"We stayed 1 night at this lovely, cozy and very spatious hotel. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We used the indoor pool, jacuzzi and steam room. "I think the property could be managed better. There was no fridge in the room which was very inconvenient - I wanted to keep my drinks cold but couldn't. The bathroom amenities were very basic and no bath salts, soap by the bath area for example. The room balcony should be cleaned daily- it is full of pigeon poop. Otherwise, the property itself is lovely and historic, there's alot of potential to make this hotel a 5 star place, but you need a good management to be able to do this. The restaurant...

"Got a room with a large double bed enclosed by 3 walls. One way in. One way out. No place to put luggage unless you like the floor. Never seen a bathroom with a toilet so close to the shower I almost tripped on it twice. I guess it's great for a single as they don't have to crawl over and wake anyone to get out of bed for the bathroom during the night."
