"Rooms were nice and clean, check in swift and staff friendly. Had the worst nights sleep of my life though. Had to move rooms at 12am as couldn’t get to sleep in my first room due to a constant drone sound from a pump in the building. Reception staff moved me immediately. Finally settled down in the new room only for the fire alarm to go off at 2am. I’m sure my experience would’ve been fine had it not been for those problems"

"The cost for the rooms, dinner and drinks was very expensive for what it was. The bedroom I stayed in had a broken blind which let the light in, the bedside lamp was also broken, the Manager was grumpy, but two very nice waitresses. Otherwise not to be recommended at that price."

Our room was beautiful, clean, and full of character, and we especially appreciated how dog-friendly the property was. "Wevhad a one night stop over to visit relatives. Found the hotel clean, tidy and relaxing. Parking was very good, rooms clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good for the overall price. We will book again "

"Worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Yes it was budget and it was just for an overnight stop in a continuing journey but broken tiles, broken and damaged panels & threadbare curtains. No staff available in the morning to discuss. Just very Delapidated and way past worn out!!"

"Everything was wonderful EXCEPT no air conditioning so the whole hotel felt like a sauna (we were there during a heat wave in May) and they didn’t do table service for dinner so we had to order our food and drinks from the bar, which isn’t the end of the world but knocks a star off the rating.
