Cari Servis Apartment di Charlevoix

"Lack of staff. Several times only 1 person was in the hotel doing everything including cooking, bartending, any housekeeping issues, check in, etc. Took the full luster out of the experience."

"The positives: the complimentary breakfast was nice, but there is a very small dining area and people were waiting for seats to open up; the staff were all polite; the shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water; the fridge, coffeemaker, and microwave were a nice convenience; there is plenty of parking on-site. We were in the area during the off-season, so the hotel was fairly quiet. The negatives: the property is extremely rundown and outdated. There is literally paint chipping...

"It was a lovely old home. Breakfast was delicious."

"Would love to see this place receive some TLC. Weathervane is such an iconic part of Charlevoix history. With some inexpensive modern updates, this hotel could maintain the classic charm and integrity that guests expect in Charlevoix."

"Host Terri was awesome and accommodations were very clean. Property is somewhat dated."

"very nice clean room on second floor but for older customers outside staircase. We are not used to Phone checkin and did locate room with help of other guest"
