I’m not even sure where to start. The bathrooms are in desperate need of repairs, and overall really dirty. Shower floor was disgusting. Our room had no towels so we called the front desk asking for some, which they said they’d bring and NEVER DID! The TV didn’t work which was really disappointing ...

The room was nice Front desk lady was awesome. BUT..there was $100 deposit needed because I booked through Hotels.com. This information should be shared on website. There are people who might not have these funds available. I was told it could take up to 30 days for the deposit to clear on my credit ...
