"Overall a lovely stay at the hotel. The room was a good size and hotel facilities were clean. We did have issues with our TV which eventually got replaced and fixed. The breakfast was of good quality and staff were friendly. Hotel is a great location close to the old town and with plenty of restaurants near by.
We did request for a late checkout of 30-60 minutes but unfortunately this was denied by the front desk who seemed inflexible to offer any movement on this. Given the check in time of the hotel is 3pm, I feel there could have been some flexiblity on this with most of the other hotels I have stayed at offering better flexiblity and understanding. I understand you can get complimentary 2pm checkout if booking directly with the hotel, so this might be worth considering if you have a later flight.
All in all, I would recommend this hotel."
"This property was perfect, great location within walking distance to everything. The hotel was clean, staff were great and the breakfast was amazing. Would definitely recommend."
"The hotel’s location was one of the highlights of our stay. Situated in Prague’s historic Old Town, it was within easy walking distance of many shops, restaurants, cafés, and some of the city’s most famous attractions, including the iconic Astronomical Clock. Being centrally located allowed us to explore much of Prague on foot, making it convenient to experience the city’s historic streets, architecture, and cultural sites without needing to rely on public transportation.
The check-in process was simple and efficient, making our arrival smooth and stress-free. However, one drawback was that the elevator was out of service during our stay. Since our room was located on the third floor, we had to carry our luggage up several flights of stairs, which was challenging after traveling. Hopefully, this was only a temporary issue, as having a working elevator would significantly improve the experience for guests with heavy bags or mobility concerns.
One feature we especially appreciated was the hotel’s air conditioning. We arrived during a heat wave in the Czech Republic, and having a cool, comfortable room was a major benefit after spending long days exploring the city. The air conditioning provided a welcome retreat from the unusually high temperatures and made our stay much more enjoyable.
The breakfast buffet was another highlight. It was delicious and offered a wide variety of options, including many traditional Czech dishes that allowed us to sample local cuisine while start"
"Wonderful location. Comfortable beds. Large rooms. Adequate AC. Only issue is the bath has an attached flexible shower head but no curtain and no toiletries."
