" Ok, there is both good and bad with this Hotel. Let's start out with the good. The price was good. The room was clean. The room looked nice. The décor was nice. The view from the Balcony in my room was nice, but the view really depended on the weather. if the weather was bad, you could not see the mountains and were just stuck seeing other buildings It had hot water and decent water pressure. The staff was nice but spoke no English.

"The pool water is not clean. Very limited equipment for gym, only one treadmill and you can barely run on it…but the two girls at the reception were very friendly and helpful. The bed is big"
"The owner made things very easy for us. The best host even we had a language barrier, she tried her best to help us. We had very generous breakfast. The property is very clean. The site location scenery are fantastic. We had a room with glass all around. We would recommend this place to everyone. We would like to suggest to Expedia is to put the adresse of the Warm place clearer with the phone number of the owner and her her name so we can contact her.

"It was a very memorable stay for our family here. The view was exceptional. The best part about our stay is having Frankie coordinate everything for us from pick up at train station, dinning, tickets to Zhangjaijei National park to the ins and outs of the area. "We visited the hotel in off season so we have to expect that it is not up to full operation. I believe we were on two guests in this 900 plus room resort. The assistant manager was so helpful to us with researching things to do and places to eat in the area which made things much easier. The rooms were big and comfortable so no complaints there. I took advantage of the inexpensive in-house massages. Easy to get around using Didi. Would probably stay here again. "
