"Great welcome at check-in, clean room, everything as expected. Breakfast... could improve flavor, but had a variety of items. We stayed a couple days and breakfast was different each morning"

"This is a great location for a family. Close to Mt Rushmore and the other Black Hills attractions, and well-maintained with a kitchenette and firepit. The only weakness is the loft is very low and our kids were not comfortable sleeping with such a low ceiling. Still 5 stars though."

"Carpet and bedding appeared reasonable. The remote for tv was held together with dirty, sticky, hair filled duct tape. The phone to call office was missing buttons and sticky. Dirt was encrusted in handset. The plugs next to bed had layer of dirt on them. Lamp shade on one bedside lampspeckled in mystery yellow grungy fits as were walls in bathroom, like maybe vomit was not thoroughly cleaned. There was a bare metal bracket on wall by bed without cover so it was sharp. One lamp did not work and...

"We stayed there three nights in two different rooms. One room was cleaned once and the other room was not cleaned at all. On two of the nights the room keys didn't work. We asked for help regarding room cleaning and were told by a frustrated employee (a short, blond lady) who had just come on duty that she didn't have time to deal with the problem. As with the other associates, she wasn't wearing a name badge. The continental breakfast barely ranked as meager at best and we didn't see...

"We had a wonderful stay at Best Western. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the complimentary breakfast was a great bonus with plenty of options. We would definitely stay here again!"
