"Everything was great. Really near the gate to the old town and lovely staff. Wish that they could put a phone or plug socket near the bed. Other than that minor irritation, we enjoyed our stay. The terrace was a lovely place to relax in the sun. "

"It wasn’t a 4 star hotel experience. It can be seen like it from the way is advertised and looks on pic. The room was small, no proper mugs for coffee in the room just paper one ( no milk sachets provided either which with the amount of English tourists visiting ( drinking tea with milk ) is kind a strange). Cleaning issue in the bathroom especially around the edges of the shower. Room was not cleaned one day at all. Second day cleaned only partially ( bed was made but bin not emptied and dirty...

"Catherine is very helpful and kind, watched our luggage for a few hours and lent us an umbrella. Location was about 20 minutes walk from the entrance to the old city. We were lucky enough to have one of the large rooms, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathtub was amazing! The hotel is bit difficult to find as the signage is very discrete."

"Ein sehr netter Empfang durch Dominique . Er hat uns alles super erklärt und eine perfekte Empfehlung fürs Abendessen ausgesprochen . Der Tip war perfekt . Unser Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich und das Frühstück von Dominique perfekt zubereitet , ließ keine Wünsche offen . Super ist die Lage vom Hotel nur fünf Gehminuten von der historischen Altstadt entfernt und es war perfekt , dass wir unser Auto auf dem Grundstück der Villa , abgeschlossen und sicher abstellen konnten 👍 "

"Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Frühstück ist für ein 5 Sterne Hotel etwas sparsam. Auf dem Fliesenboden im Buffetbereich blieb man immer auf Saftresten kleben. Einmal durchwischen hätte geholfen."

"L'hôtel est situé à environ 10 mn de la Cité de Carcassonne et on l'aperçoit des fenêtres de l'hôtel. Nous avons très bien dormi car c'est calme. Les propriétaires de l'hôtel sont très agréables les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. La piscine est très jolie. Je recommande vivement cet endroit."

The staff are very kind and helpful, as well both able and willing to speak English. Rooms modern and beautiful, in a very old city. Breakfast amazing. Pool great. Business area, large and bright. Wifi works well."
