"Enjoyed the porters - Antony is great! The outlet in the bathroom did not work which would have been appreciated. The sustainability option was used on the door for no cleaning but then staff still came in unexpectedly and didn’t love that. We would have put our belongings away had we known staff would enter. "
"The staff is one of the best things about the St. James’ Court hotel. They are courteous, friendly and extremely attentive. The rooms are nice and very comfortable and the bathrooms are very modern. Great location that is close to the Tube, Buckingham Palace, and walkable distance to Trifalgar Square and Covent Garden and the theatre district."

"Expedia messed us up by booking us in a king size room when they should not have. The concierge was very accommodating and gave us a handicapped room with a king bed. They helped us on so many occasions to find directions. One lady even came to the room and showed me how to work the hair dryer. Enjoyed everything except I hate duvets. "
