"Staff was very polite and helpful. However they did take the phone number of my guest for contact information. I think it would have been more appropriate to take my information, since the reservation was under my name & paid by me. Room has extravagant & quirky decorations, but is very much in need of a deep cleaning! Lots of dust on the mirrors, tiles, and under the bed. A/C cannot be controlled within the room, and Staff must be called if it needs to be turned on/off. Breakfast is included,...

I almost wanted to start a fire in the fire place (without fire place...) After 5 minutes frozing and struggling ("should WE remove our jacket for hot shower or not?....") we decide to go back home in our warm bed. Nota: + this hotel is too old to compare quality/price with other new motel."

Top Changhua County Hotel Reviews

The Splendor Hotel Taichung

10/10 Excellent

"very good indeed"

Le Méridien Taichung

10/10 Excellent

Comin' Place

8/10 Good

"The hotel was very nice and clean and very modern feeling. It was a bit far away and remote from the city center of Taichung, so there isn’t a whole lot to do around the hotel. The staff at the hotel were very nice and accommodating in terms of holding our luggage, but unfortunately the night I was there, there wifi didn’t work and the TV also didn’t have any channels working. I did address it with the staff, but unfortunately they were not able to fix it for that day."
