住汽車旅館最害怕遇到素質不好的櫃台，但是悅萊悅河系列的員工素質讓我很放心，比較飯店員工素質的感覺，服務態度不會隨便被對待。

《金緻悅河房型》

這個飯店離逢甲很近，買吃得相當方便，附近也很寧靜，房間浴室相當大以及乾淨、配備齊全，卡拉OK的歌與非常新、近一個月的新歌都有，只是希望還有麥克風套，考慮一下衛生的問題~ 空調的溫控系統也相當精準，不會忽冷忽熱，相當舒服。 入住前有連繫球池與搖搖馬給孩子，一入房小孩都high翻了! 只有兩個美中不足的地方： 1.房間香氛味道太重，希望可以讓房客入住前通風一陣子。 2.早餐要是有自助餐廳就完美了!

有車應該會在過去

有點偏僻，適合開車的朋友 我跟朋友沒有交通工具只能搭乘計程車 晚上7:00才能入住有點不方便 寄放行李的地方…感覺……很特別 住宿三個人，都覺得住的很棒 一通電話馬上服務更棒

線上訂房未說明無車庫型房,櫃台協助提供有車庫房型,服務態度很好, 飯店附近有7-11便利,離逢甲商圈不遠,房間乾淨,床舖及床單很舒適.. 但隔音設備不太優,似乎遇到隔壁房租用開PARTY, 整晚房間門開開關關,碰碰聲很大! 影響休息睡眠品質..

充滿煙味和隔音超差的地方，以及不專業的服務。

這次是2大2小的家庭旅行，為了可以訂到沙坑房型給小朋友在房內玩沙，所以在使用hotels.com訂房前先以電話向旅館的服務人員確認，服務人員告知隔天還有空的沙坑房可供入住，隨後於hotels.com網站訂房完成後，立即電話告知旅館服務人員請安排沙坑房型，此時服務人員卻變成說會幫我註記需求要沙坑房型，但還要看明天是否有空的沙坑房型，有空的沙坑房型才會提供給我，這樣的服務專業度實在是很讓人覺得是不是顧客在訂房前詢問的需求都可以，一但訂房後又會是不同的結果。另外，有關房間的狀況：「房間坪數很大，浴室也很大還有大浴缸，但是一進門整間的煙味，且煙味持續一整晚到隔天退房時還是一樣很濃郁，再加上"凌晨12點到2點"及"清晨4點半到7點半"時都遇到隔壁房在唱KTV，因為房間隔音超差導致我們整晚幾乎沒睡。所以如果你是來休息享樂3小時，不畏煙味的話，那麼這間會很適合你，反之如果是家庭旅遊的話，那麼不建議前來，因為小朋友會一整晚都在吸二手煙，然後也睡不好。」

此次住的房間放行李處頭部上方竟有角鐵 撞了兩次其實還蠻危險的，事後告知櫃台來處理竟沒問人有沒有怎麼樣，卻急忙去拿東西來包覆，默不關心頭有沒有傷到如何?我才跟他說拿冰塊冰敷 腫一包真是無言。
