"The apartment was clean and well maintained; however, it was not heated during our entire stay. We did not have hot water for showering, and we were unable to sleep because it was so cold. We reported the issue to the accommodation several times, and a technician was sent once, but the problem was neither repaired nor resolved. We returned home sick after our trip."

"For being in a 9/10 location right in Paris it was great. The bed was super comfortable and everything was clean and elegant. I knew getting the place that there is no front desk and even though they give you detailed accurate instructions as to how to use the QR code to check in, it is a bit of a learning curve. "Cutest little spot in the heart of montmarte. Walk downstairs and you’re in the midst of cafes and restaurants. We absolutely loved this spot. "Great location near Notre Dame, shopping, and a courtyard with several nice restaurants. Walkable and safe neighborhood near metro and LGBTQ bars. Staff is very friendly, helpful, and speak English well. Front desk provided great recommendations for restaurants, helped book transport from Gare du Nord and to CDG airport. Hearty breakfast included, bar is open at night, spa available. Only negative is we had our credit cards compromised by their third party booking agency."
