" 1. Concierge deben tener valores principales, servicio y velocidad en ambos casos cuando lo ocupe 2 veces ninguno de los 2 es bueno. 2. Primero me dieron vasos de plástico suaves en la alberca (contaminan) luego hicieron lo correcto vasos de plástico duros, al final cambiaron por vasos de vidrio en alberca,son peligrosos, y más con niños. 3. Los camareros de la alberca siendo las 5pm están más preocupados por cortar el servicio que por dar continuidad al servicio."
