"The WINDSONG property is a vacation oasis absolutely beautiful and right on the beach. It is very relaxing with gorgeous large balconies, nice landscaping and a few steps into the sand, The water is beautiful, clear with plenty plenty of chairs with front row chairs and umbrellas for everyone, The service is warm and attentive. The suites are luxurious, very spacious with all new appliances and furniture. The rooms have Bulgari amenities and spa robes and slippers to lounge in after sun & sand, The Beachfront is the newest tower and there are 2 other towers for a total of 3 pools and 2 hot tubs. Also a Highly recommend renting a car because it is about a 5 minute …car ride from the main grace bay shopping area. Also taxis are not plentiful and it’s a per person charge. "

"There are 2 Ocean Clubs. We stayed on the East, which is a little farther away from the main thoroughfare. We used the shuttle (free) each day that took us to Ocean Club (West). From there we walked to many restaurants. The rooms were clean and the staff were so kind. We would stay here again! "

"Lovely property with lots of areas around to find your “spot.” Great service! Room was spacious and always cleaned very well. Beautiful property! Food was average, I’d say, around the resort. Adequate but not excellent. Location is right on gorgeous Grace Bay and within two blocks of a really nice grocery store. Many dining and shopping options right outside the gates. Overall, highly recommend!"
