Annulation la veille du séjour

Je déconseille cet hôtel, ils ont annulé notre réservation la veille avant le séjour et heureusement que j avais regardé les mails sinon on se serait pointé la nuit et nous retrouver dehors. Apparemment ils ne savent pas le motif mais moi je sais tres bien pourquoi ils ont annulé. Bref, pour couronner le tout, déjà qu ils annulent de leur propre fait, ils m encaissent et pour avoir hotels bonjour !! Quel désastre. Je vous déconseille hotels et cet établissement !!!
