We had just gotten married and were on our honeymoon and when they found they upgraded us from a classic room to a mindblowingly beautiful suite with two bathrooms and a view of the pool. "Upon arriving, our room was upgraded to a Prince Suite for our Honeymoon, the staff couldn’t have been any friendlier. The A La Carte cuisine was amazing and they provided transportation to the edge of the city upon request, AND picked you up again. And as for the beautiful gardens! She was welcoming and gave me excellent recommendations on dining options around the hotel. As the initial face and representative of the hotel she demonstrated the high quality and excellent standards of Relais II Cestello. I will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Firenze.
