泊まれなくなり、キャンセルしようと自分でホテルに連絡するとキャンセルできないと言われた。expedia　staffに連絡し、交渉をして全額返金を相談すると、オーナーはできない、と言った。では、半額返金してほしいともいったが、「一番安い料金で設定しているからできない」と言われ、全額を支払わされた。このホテルは、みなさん、注意してください。

Quirky little place. No curtains in any of the rooms we saw, just a heavy lace. Your door was either deadlocked or open, no snib lock, turn your hot water on 10 minutes before your shower or it will be cold, very little storage space and small bathroom. Breakfast tables were cramped for room, selection ok but no room to put your plate down anywhere to put anything on it. Size of the room and the bed were good. Location close to where the bus from Como stops so really, the place is ok just a few little issues that have you scatching your head and wondering why.

Old hotel but nice pool

Room was old and needed updating. Bathroom was tiny and cramped. Best part was the pool! Had a lovely view from the pool of the lake and mountains. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was average.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel. Das Zimmer ist etwas "in die Jahre gekommen" und das Badezimmer ist sehr klein, jedoch stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für diese Lage am Comersee. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Abendessen im Restaurant war vorzüglich

Lake Como stopover

Stayed for one night on route back to Hook of Holland travelling by m/cycle. The receptionist was very helpful and cheerful and our room was clean, bright and well fitted out. The restaurant was very busy with two large parties so we decided to eat out at the Miralago by the lake- an excellent choice of food and good service. We did use the bar on our return, small but again friendly staff and good service. Other guests seemed to have enjoyed their visit. Would like to have stayed longer and would definitely use again. Would make an ideal base for touring in the area, only a short walk to lake ferry stop.

Clean, quaint, comfort at picturesque Lake Como

Excellent location, right in the center of the town, and walking distance to Lake Como. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and staff was professional, accommodating, and friendly. The food at the restaurant is outstanding. We would definitely stay there again.

Because this small older hotel does not have an elevator, we requested a room on a lower floor. Our room was on the third floor. Room was nice and breakfast was good. Despite the third floor room, we would come here again.

Pas très bien situé dans une rue à circulation alternée en raison de son étroitesse (feux). Il est difficile de s’arrêter pour aller à l'accueil en attendant de pouvoir rentrer au garage (payant en supplément). Pas d'ascenseur pour accéder aux chambres, le personnel très agréable nous a aidé a porter les bagages. Chambre quelconque, propre mais sans vue sur l'extérieur, la fenêtre étant beaucoup trop haute.

Niedliches Hotel mit tollem Restaurant

Auf längerer Motorradtour haben wir hier 1 Nacht Halt gemacht. Wir kamen nach 430 km Motorradfahrt im Dauerregen, nass, kalt, verfroren am frühen Abend an und wurden herzlich empfangen. Im nahegelegenen Innenhof wurde ein überdachter Parkplatz für unsere beiden Harleys frei gemacht. Das Zimmer war nett, ausreichend groß und hatte ein funktionierende Heizung, sodass am nächsten Tag unsere Motorradklamotten wieder trocken waren! Im Ristaurante gab es hervorragende italienische Küche zu angemessenen Preisen. Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort, aber hier würden wir nochmal hinfahren!
