Nice atmosphere, but...

It is a classic hotel nice atmosphere, but unforunately it is not clean enough. The breakfast area is vert nice and options are nice and plentiful. The presentation is not so god, and the area need more attention and cleaning.

Excellent location but in need of modernisation

Very spacious hotel with fantastic location right on the lake side. Quality breakfast, good size pool and free easy to use parking. Hotel could benefit from an upgrade as a little tired and dated. This was in agreement with previous reviews we had read before booking but did not impact on the time in this resort.

Vi booket hotell 5 minutter før vi kom og det tok bare 10 min for hotellet å gjøre istand rommet. Det var rent og komfortabelt rom og et flott hotell med fabelaktig beliggenhet. Kan anbefales! Jeg hadde behov for både glutenfritt og melkefri frokost, noe som ikke var noe problem!

Locatie zeer gunstig - fraaie landschap van Como te zien vanaf het plein op steenworp afstand. Het zwembad is ideaal in de zomer. Ruime kamers, met balkon. Wifi op kamer aan het einde van de gang had beter gekund. Ontbijt was wel eenvoudig, maar geen probleem voor ons.

Apart from hotel courtesy taxi prearranged with hotel not picking us up from Milan airport(phoned hotel which told to get taxi from rank outside airport) and room near noisy air-conditioning unit (changed room) enjoyed our stay. Near ferry stop, lake views, nice pool and sunbeds, air-conditioned lounge and bar, nice terrace with lake view for drinks outside. Lots of good restaurants nearby with lake views. Favourite was Harry's Bar.

Great location right on the lake. Superb service and ambiance. The pool was nice and refreshing, but the hot tub looked like it needed some attention. Overall and excellent value for the price. We would love to come visit again!

There was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast was ok, room for improvement. Also staff service at breakfast could improve a little. Had to remaind them to refill few iteams often. Lovely swimming pool.

It’s right on the lake and the ferry stops right behind the hotel. Well situated, child friendly and good location. Only thing I didn’t like is the air conditioning was a bit noisy. Overall very good!

Property requires a major overhaul it is very dated. The hotel was not the cleanest we have been in. The staff did not seem interested in the customers often not serving us in an efficient manner or even not serving us at all. When we complained nothing appeared to be done about it.
