"This is a wonderful hotel. Check in is efficient and also fun. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and with comfortable beds. We also really enjoyed our breakfast experience with eggs cooked to order. We didn’t get a chance to try their restaurant. There are many funky touches through this property and I imagine would be a lot of fun for a young child to experience. "We had a really lovely stay in the Douro Valley. Pedro at the front desk was beyond helpful. He booked us an amazing vineyard tour/tasting. Everyone was beyond helpful and friendly. The hotel is nice, clean and offers a very nice breakfast and onsite snacks. We were a little confused when we pulled into the property on where to park - the garage is under the property. The pool is beautiful and made for a nice place to sit and enjoy our morning coffee. "
