"I loved the history of the place and the amazing view to the Southern Pre-Alps. I walked down the cobble road to the Local restaurant and had a wonderful meal and met lots of friendly locals. I found a footpath on the way back up to the Monastery and ended up at the very top of the mountain where there was a cross and old ruins The manager on duty allowed me to park my motorbike in the inner square which added to my peaceful sleep that night."

"Lovely boutique style hotel an easy walk to the lake and Sirmieno centre. Michelle on reception was great, all staff were to be fair and most had very good English. Rooms are clean, modern and bed comfy. Parking also easy and secure. Grazie."

"The stay was wonderful, lake view, very pleasant staff. Only down side is if you are walking it is a bit of a trek up a very steep hill, but worth it for the view. We asked about taxi back to the station but they only have 3 in the town and they much prefer airport runs, the lady from the hotel then took us herself which just added to how the hotel felt, a real homestay. Thoroughly enjoyed it and would 100% recommend"

"En fait ce n'est pas réellement un hôtel mais un club house de Golfeurs. Les chambres sont sans fenêtres, mal insonorisées. Et surtout les golfeurs qui y viennent sont là pour la fête et donc ne respectent pas les pseudo-clients qui y viennent pour dormir !"

"Hotel liegt zentral in einem netten kleinen Ort an einem fantastischen See. Zimmer etwas steril, aber ein gutes Restaurant im Haus und Frühstück mit Service (kein Buffet). Eine Seltenheit heutzutage. "
