"I booked the largest room at the hotel, and I assumed it would not be an issue to have one guest visit me. However, every time my guest arrived, they were required to show ID and go through additional checking procedures. Since I had different friends visiting on different days, the repeated ID checks made the experience feel somewhat uncomfortable and inconvenient for both me and my guests. I completely understand the hotel’s security policy, but I would appreciate a smoother and more guest-friendly process for registered hotel guests in the future."

"Muy mal hotel el peor servicio hice el check inn a las 4 y no había toallas de baño ni para secarse ni de manos ni tapete y la tasa de baño estaba sucia hice el reporte y hasta las 10 de la noche me llevaron dos toallas y todas negras ya no eran blancas muy mal personal mal atención y no resuelven nada pésimo trato"
