Great place to stay for an extended visit. The room was spacious and we loved the king-size bed and in-house gym. The location is close to many shops, restaurants and groceries.

A fantastic place to stay! Right in Roma Norte, walking distance to pretty much everything. Space was perfect for 2 travelers as we both had our own bedrooms and bathrooms, but technically can sleep up to 4 I believe. Only thing I’d be cautious of is if people are using both showers at the same time the hot water tends to go quickly. Other than that everything was perfect and would definitely book again. We had the penthouse suite. Thanks for hosting us!

Location was perfect! Check in was smooth. What was terrible was the amount of noise at all hours of the night, including weekdays. If you do stay here ask for a higher floor. The patio is nice but, not accessible. Unfortunate since it would be nice to sit out there. Also, the code given to enter apartment expired after the 3rd day. Such a hassle to deal with to get that fixed. Apparently it happened to other guests the same night as I heard the alarm going off right after my experience. That issue should be fixed considering I did read previous guests experiencing the same issue. Overall, I would recommend it and would stay there again.

Hotel was great. Rooms were nice and clean. It's at a great location, thats walkable to most things. Staff was friendly and was helpful. Regarding fulfilling requests, they typically want you to message someone through whatsApp, even when you are talking to them. Which was odd. But overall, the whatsApp coordinator, was always on top of things and things got done quickly. Looks like the hotel management is outsourced. Overall, i had a great time staying here and would stay again!

Location location location! The stay was 20 min walking distance to most everything you’d like to see or eat in Roma Norte. If it was too far to walk it was a simple 20 min uber (based on traffic) to Bella’s artes, el zocalo, Chapultepec, garibaldi etc. the communication was excellent along with the check in and out process. I left a ring on the room the morning we checked out. I was quickly able to get in touch with management and they recovered the ring and held it until someone was able to pick it up for me. Highly recommend for a short stay.

great location in Roma Norte. Newish building, clean and well taken care of. Stayed for a week and wifi was great for first five, last two were iffy. Building also has a small gym and laundry room that was missing from the listing.
