"Good hotel. Great location and staff was lovely. Fresh coffee every morning was great. Room was very dark (limited lighting in room, smaller window) so ultimately didn’t want to spend much time in there. Room showed some wear. Provided robe was dirty/had stains on it."

The hotel very conveniently located within walking distance to many restaurant’s, shopping, beautiful parks and gorgeous residential neighborhoods which made my morning walks amazing !! Room was cozy, clean and comfy. I would come back to this property Everytime I visit Polanco. Thank you !!!"

"We’ve stayed at the Capitalia apartments on Dumas quite a few times over the years. Very safe and secure, and the location is hard to beat. However, the condos are showing wear and tear that needs attention. Most of the plants on the terrace are dead, making a bad first impression. The toilet in the primary bathroom barely flushes and the vent on the AC unit in the primary bedroom rattles enough to keep you awake. The floors throughout the apartment were filthy, needing cleaning in the worst...
