"Although i only stayed for 3 nights, the staff were so kind and accommodating. Especially the general manager whose name i forget, i think her name was essia. She guided me on what to see and enjoy in Madrid. Solo travelling is not easy because you have to figure everything out yourself, but she was amazing. The rooms were pristine but the bed was too hard, but i think thaat is a personal preference rather than a critiscm. This hotel is situated quite near bus stops and train stations which makes it easy to get around. "

"Overall a good hotel. Room was clean. Staff was nice. Two things I didn’t appreciate though: 1. They advertise free airport shuttle. I found out this only includes a pick-up from the airport. The trip to the airport is 5€. 2. I requested twin beds that can be separated since I wasn’t staying with a significant other. I then get a room with clear see-through glass bathroom “door” and shower. Yes it was partially opaque but not fully and bathroom sounds can be heard easily since the door left some open space when closed. The friend I was with did not feel comfortable about this. I don’t know if all rooms are like this as we just dealt with it for a night but just wanted to put it on everyone’s radar."

"Great hotel for our trip to Madrid. Metro station was a nice 1KM walk away. Location was quiet and hotel staff were very friendly. Great breakfast "

"Shuttle schedule FROM Airport hard to find, resulting in a 40 min. wait opposite T2. The AC fan in Room 216 on 8 April appeared to function but actually did nothing to reduce tfe 25C room temp overnight which was too high for comfort: apparently the AC only works in rooms from May onwards so hotel needs to advise that it is not functioning and to open the window. Also the “mattress protector” was plastic backed (causing night sweating) and was stained in any case - it needed a deep clean or replacement, ideally with an all cotton type. "
