This Hotel was pretty conveniently located for the purpose of my trip. I went to a concert at the Estadio Civitas Metropolitano and I also visited Madrid. There is a metro station and restaurants close to the hotel. The hotel personnel was very kind and the breakfast buffet was delicious.

Staff, service, and accommodations were great. Hotel staff knew English to help us when needed. Hotel was located in a business park, so limited options to walk to after 5:00 pm. It’s located about 20-30 minutes from downtown Madrid, but more cost effective.

Plus - Good beds, including the sofabed - Good shower - Close to Metro - Close to airport Minus - Hotel is a bit worn out, with little niggles: a broken lamp, a damaged cupboard door, a shower tap button missing - Tea making facilities not getting topped up, asking for it at reception, telling me to go to the bar, barman wanting me to charge for it. - Reception area is very underwhelming: there is no entry, just a pedestal with a screen and a printer. And just two fluffy sofas. A world of difference with the Novotel in Barcelona. - Area around hotel is soulless empty office park. Thank god the metro is nearby.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Novotel Campo de las Naciones, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel is modern and well-maintained, and the staff are truly dedicated to providing top-notch service. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious breakfast. The variety and quality of the food were impressive, catering to all tastes and preferences. However, what truly made our stay memorable was Deborah, one of the attendants at breakfast. She was amazing with our daughters, going above and beyond to ensure they were happy and well taken care of. Her warmth and kindness left a lasting impression on all of us. It was a great pleasure to be served by Deborah during the two days we stayed at the hotel. Her exceptional service and genuine care made our mornings special and set a positive tone for the rest of the day. We can't thank her enough for her outstanding hospitality. Great stay in Madrid

We enjoyed our stay here. We liked that it was easily accessible to both the airport and the city center via a nearby subway line. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was great. The only negative was that we weren't able to get in touch with the hotel ahead of our stay to confirm the availability of an infant cot; luckily we were able to sort it out when we arrived. In any case, we'd recommend staying here!
