"For the money it's great value if you are there one night. Beds are comfy and bathrooms are clean however everything is outdated but we knew that. It worked for us as we had our dog with us. Wish the pillows had pillow protectors on them. The blanket on the bed that is over the sheet is scratchy and not soft. A handy pizza place and a bar is also in the inn. It could use a face lift with regards to carpeting throughout. All hotels should have laminate flooring -my POV. It's just so much...

"The shower floor was weird like taking a shower on a bouncyhouse surface, the carpet was sticky, one evening staff member seemed inconvenienced when asked basic questions, other staff members were extremely helpful and that made the stay better"

"Excellent stay here while my husband was having surgery at Sunnybrook hospital. They upgraded my room as well to the 21st floor with a spectacular view. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Towels were new and plush. Also it was very quiet. 10-15 minutes from the hospital."

"I liked the elevator experience. Suite was beautiful. Couch not comfortable though. The view was awesome. Free breakfast was awesome. Lounge Patio with awesome view was awesome. Only thing wrong was the parking garage. It was horrible. So difficult to find P2 parking section. Signage leaves a lot to be desired."
