"There was constant flooding in the hall between our wing to the main hall due to rolling thunderstorms. The gorge hike is disappointing - it’s only 0.68 miles because a stair bridge is broken so the guide stalls with nature talks because if you were to actually hike it, it would take less than 20 minutes to reach the broken stair bridge. The experiences such as axe throwing and zip line are over priced / not worth it. The archery was fun as they have animal targets. Bingo is fun and you can win...
"Our stay at Hillcrest Mansion Inn was beyond a normal stay at a bed and breakfast. The place was had great views from the wrap around porch and the rooms really were comfortable that provided a historical feel and appreciation of the finer things from times past. The best part of the stay was how welcoming and friendly the host and staff were in addition to the hand crafted dishes prepared by the chef Martha. The 3 course meals will be remembered for a long time because they were so delicious...
