"Me gustó la instalación, limpia, las comidas buenas, lo único que cuando llegué sentí que me vieron con una actitud… como esta no habla inglés,..y pues si hablo ingles, deberían de tener personas bilingües en el front desk,otra persona del servicio entraba y salía de la piscina donde estábamos y sentía que quería sacar a los niños que llevamos para unos partidos, lo sentí racista, porque se enfocó solo en ellos… habiendo más niños allí…que pena de verdad… cuando saben que van muchas familias, por algún torneo, deberían de tener gente con más pasciencia porque los jóvenes no pueden estar quietos, tienen mucha energía y la votan jugando en la pscina… por eso NO le doy 5 estrellas …."

"The name suits the hotel - a bit quirky with a cheerful decor. The staff was great. The room had nice high ceilings. We could hear our neighbors but the noise machine in the room helped. The sink faucet was a little inconvenient - made the sink counter wet. All in all, a nice place near good restaurants."

"I got super sick while here and asked for some help to load my car and was ignored and when I tried to explain issues like the ac wasn’t working well. The pool was nice minus the wad Of hair just floating in it. Breakfast was powdered eggs but coffee was really good, the view is amazing."
