"가족 여행으로 다녀왔습니다 직원분들도 친절했고 리조트 자체 어플 사용으로 정보를 확인하거나 주문 등을 할 수 있어서 좋았어요 풀빌라 수영장도 좋았고 메인풀도 좋았습니다 객실 깨끗하고 좋아요 대신 꾸이년 시내랑은 좀 멀어요! 그래도 리조트 안에서 쉬는 거 좋았습니다"

"I’ve travelled all over Vietnam and this is absolutely the nicest, most well equipped room I’ve stayed in. I believe our room is called the “sound room”. It’s very spacious & clean. More than big enough for 2 people. Internet/wifi speed is lightning fast (300mbps). Bed is huge & comfortable. Tv has Netflix, prime, Apple TV, YouTube etc. Speakers are set up for surround sound. Stars in the ceiling are a nice touch. Location is perfect. 3 minute drive to My Khe beach. 45min from Hoi An....

"This location is excellent, very high quality, clean, quiet, well air-conditioned in hot summer, and friendly staff who gave us discounts at the café downstairs. No restaurants immediately around, but walking 10 minutes is some cheap street food and also river walkway for nice running route. We mainly used $1-2 taxi to go to downtown restaurants. Overall the best choice for us at excellent value."

"Very poor communication. Did not respond to request for bedding type (2 single beds in one of the room for my 2 adult kids - male and female therefore cannot sleep in same bed) despite sending 2 follow ups and then did not try to accommodate to change us in suitable accommodation for our needs. The receptionist acknowledged that it was their fault for not responding to my messages. Instead they asked us to book for an additional room. I had to book for another hotel on the same day at late time...
