"Breakfast was weak. I also stayed on the 3rd floor and was abruptly woken up at 2 am by loud stomping above and yelling at one point. I recommend staying on the top floor to circumvent this happening to you. Other than the noisy guests, the hotel was nice."

"The only complaint we had at all was that the shower floor was very slippery. I had to hang onto the grab bar while I tried to wash. Other then that, the room was great, the staff very friendly. Breakfast was okay, but the potatoes were very spicy and didn't like the cheese omlet. Made do with cereal, toast and juice. Plenty to eat."

"The Brandon Inn is one of my favorite places to stay. The location is great, with 2 outstanding taverns/pubs, a breakfast/lunch diner brewery and a fine dining resturant all within a 2 minute walk. The Inn itself is outstanding. With the historic ambiance, antique furniture and artifacts through out the halls and rooms, and the renovation and preservation of what the Inn was like 200 years ago, it is truly a trip back through time. "Hampton Inn, no matter where I stay is flawless, I'm a 6'2 BIG dude and the rooms are always clean and comfortable and the Staff Friendly and accommodating. This Rutland location specifically was outstandingly clear and took good care of my Dad and I. We had booked on two different sites and the front desk young lady made it so we didn't have to change rooms. "Location was great and Mike was a fantastic host. Our breakfast was yummy and he gave us quite a few choices too! Only comments I would like to put in are 1.narrow staircase to get upstairs so a little hard for us with the luggage. 2. Shared bathroom"
