"Did a one night stay for a concert at the Commodore Ballroom and the location was walking distance to the venues Restaurants and pubs are close by making it convenient , has a Whitespot on premiss which is great.Hotel room was clean,staff were friendly and helpful. Paid parking is available .All in all the hotel provides everything needed"

"Was very happy with everything about the property. The biggest issue is getting parked. You can stop outside the hotel and go get your parking pass but don't be long or the bike police come and tell you to leave because it is a bus lane. Once parked it is great. The outside of the hotel looks sketchy but inside is great!!"

"The bell staff was fantastic. The check-in staff not so much. We waiting 15 minutes while one staff was trying to solve another customer problem she never called for help. Finally another clerk came and checked us in. Then the room keys didn’t work. We had to get back in line to get new keys."

"Our loft room was fantastic, not much of a view from 2nd floor but very spacious and priced well considering Fifa has been in town. Only downside was our AC wasnt working well . They brought us fans but was still 77F in our room. They were gracious to comp our parking and extend a future discount with complimentary parking. Really liked the location great restaurants close to the arena and Granville st. Easy access to sea bus to Granville Island. Enjoyed the slushies in the lobby before we left. Gym was well equipped enough to have a decent exercise. Pool was cold and the hot tub hot enough. Would recommend the property to others."
