"This property is amazing!!!!!!! From the time we arrived to the time we left, we had a great time!!! They were very accommodating for us - let us check in early, let us join a last minute tour, and made our anniversary very special. We enjoyed the night hike, day hike, and coffee/chocolate tour. The hot springs were amazing and an added bonus with 2 slides!!!"

"Schönes Zelt mitten im Regenwald. Die Anfahrt war allerdings etwas anstrengend. Deshalb sind wir auch beide Tage dort geblieben und haben vor Ort Wanderungen gemacht oder waren am Pool. Der ist klein, aber sehr hübsch angelegt. Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut. Wifi nur im Hauptgebäude. "

"Stayed just for a night. Close to the airport. There were ants in the room but otherwise, once cleared, it was a good stay. Our waiter at the steakhouse didn't seem to want to serve us but the food was delicious lol"

"They just finished painting the pool edge...looks great. This is our 3 year at the Trapp Family Inn. The only thing that was different was it was warmer than usually in San Jose than in previous years. The rooms were definitely warmer, but we were glad we had ceiling fans. Service, Food, and hospitality were great. We'll be BACK!"
