"Great hotel in the heart of downtown would highly recommend the inside hallways look a little rough but the room was great with a beautiful view and the check out is 12 which is awesome "

"Staff was extremely sweet, let you know where everything is. Gave us cookies. The only annoying part was the parking garage, we got stuck multiple times bc our parking pads didn’t work. "

"Although I had booked a Standard Room, 1 queen bed, I was placed in a petite queen. I must congratulate Hotel Zsa Zsa in providing me with the smallest hotel room that I have ever occupied. That includes many hotel rooms in Italy which has notoriously small rooms. If you have the slightest problem with claustrophobia, go elsewhere."
