All three windows had no view at all. When I brought it up to staff they said that the room qualified as a Lake View and would not reimburse me or move me to another room. "The hotel was great! The location is prime, 2-min walk from Magnificent Mile and incredibly close to Starbucks Reserve and Harry Potter store. My only complaint would be the lack of soundproofing on the windows. The view from my room was non-existent (to the side alley and building) but the sounds of the city were very loud. Walls are also paper-thin, so it was a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay, would consider staying again."
